ArbitrageCard is the only discount gift card platform designed for arbitrage sellers. The Chrome extension streamlines management by generating multiple cards for exact amounts, facilitating detail copying and order number assignment.

About the Project
I developed a Chrome Extension for a gift card platform with the goal of centralizing and automating a manual, error-prone operational workflow. The solution enabled the generation of multiple gift cards that add up to exact amounts, allowed copying data from a single source of truth, and assigned order numbers to improve reconciliation.
This was the project’s biggest technical challenge, as I had no prior experience developing browser extensions. Nevertheless, I delivered a robust solution using Plasmo, React, and TypeScript, integrating background scripts and content scripts to handle both background logic and interaction with web pages.
The extension integrated with a backend through a REST API, including state management, caching, and data synchronization, as well as user authentication.
The project was developed for a client within the company where I work and significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced manual errors, and optimized users’ workflows.
